CSR Generation Form

If you are planning on setting up your own dedicated SSL you will need to fill out the following form. Once you have submitted the form you will receive your CSR and Private Key by email within 24 hours. In order to have a dedicated SSL on your website you will need to have a dedicated IP address. Once the certificate has been issued, you can request a dedicated IP while completing the SSL installation form. For the SSL installation NEPA WebHosting charges $15 and for the dedicated IP address it is $30 for the year. Note: SSLs require the validation of a company's or individual’s information. When entering the information below please enter the information you will be using for this validation process and make sure it matches your companies address and other crucial credentials.

Note: To prevent error please be sure to enter the domain you will be having the certificate installed on. For example: www.yourdomain.com is different from yourdomain.com or webmail.yourdomain.com. Commonly you would be securing www.yourdomain.com.
