Website Design Packages

Business Card Package

Step 1. The first step to the design process is to schedual a one on one phone consulation with your designer. This is typically done within 24 hours of the design package purchase. To prepare for the consultaion think of the point you want to portray with your website, look for example sites, and think of what information you'd like to inlcude. During the consulation your designer will give you all the nessesary contact information so you can send your company logo, pictures, and other information that you'd like to include on your website. Consultation usually lasts 1 hour.

Step 2. After the consulation, your designer will begin preparing 3 concepts based on the information you provided during the consulation. This usually take 5-7 days. Once finished your designer will send you links so you can preview the concepts. While looking at the concepts you can think of what changes you would like to make. Please note these changes to your designer.

Step 3. Once you have selected a concept your designer will customize and make changes to the concept of your choice. The changes can usually be communicated by email however a phone consulation will be available if you wish to discuse the changes needed. This step will be repeated up to 5 times during the design process to ensure our customers satisfaction with the website.

Step 4. Once you website has been finished you will receive a link to preview your site. If you are happy with the design we will then send you a downloadable copy of your website files and upload the final copy to your hosting provider (FTP information required).

Time Frame Till Completion: 1-3 weeks

Premium Site Package

Once finished, your designer will send you links so you can preview the concepts. While looking at the concepts you can think of what changes you would like to make. Please note these changes to your designer.

Step 3. Once you have selected a concept your designer will customize and make changes to the concept of your choice. The changes can usually be communicated by email however a phone consulation will be available if you wish to discuse the changes needed. This step will be repeated as many times as needed during the design process to ensure our customers satisfaction with the website. Once the new changes have been made a preview link will be emailed to you.

Step 4. Once you website has been finished you will receive a link to preview your site. Once you are happy with the design we will then send you a downloadable copy of your website files and upload the final copy to your hosting provider (FTP information required).

Time Frame Till Completion: 2-4 weeks

Updates/Additions to an Existing Site

Maintaining and updating an existing website is important. Displaying old and out dated information not only makes your customers question your business it can also hurt your search engine rankings. NEPA WebHosting can provide maintenance and additions to any existing site even if it's not hosted with us. Depending on the changes, we can usually fulfil your request within 1-5 business days. Our standard rate is $50 per half hour however this changes on a per job basis. Ecommerce Design Packages

Standard Ecommerce Design

Step 1. The first step to the design process is to schedual a one on one phone consulation with your designer. This is typically done within 24 hours of the design package purchase. To prepare for the consultaion think of the product you are selling and which template you would like to base your site on (to view templates click here). Additionally you should think of what information you'd like to inlcude in your store. During the consulation your designer will give you all the nessesary contact information so you can send your company logo, pictures, and other information that you'd like to include on your website. Consultation usually lasts 1-1 1/2 hours.

Step 2. After the consultaion your designer will get to work on setting up your custom ecommerce system and begin laying out your store. We will add your logo and begin making changes such as back ground color and navigation layout. Once your design layout has been completed a link will be emailed to you to preview your store.

Step 3. Once you have previewed your store a consulation will be arranged with your designer. Please note any changes you would like to make so your designer can make any additional revisions. This process will repeat until you are satisfied with your store.

Step 4. Once your store has been finished you will receive a link to preview it. When the design is complete we will then send you a downloadable copy of your website files and upload the final copy to your hosting provider (FTP and Database information required). After the design is complete the only thing you need to do is add your products and start selling.

Time Frame Till Completion: 2-6 weeks

Custom Ecommerce Design

Step 1. The first step to the design process is to schedual a one on one phone consulation with your designer. This is typically done within 24 hours of the design package purchase. To prepare for the consultaion think of the product you are selling and how you want your store to look and feel. Please feel free to prepare example sites to show our designers. During the phone consulation your design will provide you will all the information you need to send us your logo, pictures, and text you'd like to include in your store. Phone consultation usually lasts 1-1 1/2 hours.

Step 2. After the consultaion your designer will get to work on setting up your custom ecommerce system and begin laying out your store. We will begin creating you a custom site design and add your logo. Once we have finished your design we will send you an email link to preview your store.

Step 3. Once you have previewed your store a consulation will be arranged with your designer. Please note any changes you would like to make so your designer can make any additional revisions such as navigational layout color scheme and any other site appearances. This process will repeat until you are satisfied with your store

Step 4. Once your store has been finished you will receive a link to preview it. When the design is complete we will then send you a downloadable copy of your website files and upload the final copy to your hosting provider (FTP and Database information required). After the design is complete the only thing you need to do is add your products and start selling.
