Q. Is there a time limit on when I can use my update time?
A. No, take as long as you need. The time you purchase does not expire.
Q. What do you mean by 30 minutes or 1 hour of updates?
A. We measure the updates by the time it takes the designer to complete them. We will complete as many updates as we can in the time purchased.
Q. Will I need to provide you with anything to complete these updates?
A. Yes, we will need the website files or the FTP information to the server in which your website is located. Of course we will need to know what updates you need completed as well as additional images or content you wish to add. Once the updates are completed, we can either send you a copy of new updated website files or upload them directly to your server.
